Scarefest at Alton Towers, Staffordshire
Would Halloween be the same if you couldn’t go to Alton Towers?! Celebrating their 16th year of Halloween festivities, extended opening hours until 9pm mean that you can experience the rides in the dark!

More autumnal than Halloween but still a great day out with lots of family activities including pumpkin carving, sand art, owl flying displays, and chainsaw carving!
OTTO tip: Try not to break down when driving through the safari area is perhaps the obvious one! But also, look out for the giant pumpkins that have been hidden around the Park as part of the Pumpkin trail – great photo opportunities!
